You may not use information from this site or a linked tool to:

• Set insurance premiums or assess creditworthiness
• Evaluate a renter or housing applicant
• Make a hiring or termination decision
• Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit
• Carry out any other FCRA-regulated activity

For a regulated background check, follow the requesting agency's Michigan State Police process or use a screening company that complies with the FCRA.
